Prints

I sell high quality prints and original pieces via my BigCartel shop.

All prints are giclée fine art prints on heavyweight textured paper. My originals vary in size, most are mixed media artworks on 360gsm hand made paper.

  • Most orders ship within a week, but please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to ship. Please let me know straight away at elrosetattooshop@gmail.com if you need your order by a specific date.

UK Domestic Orders: 
UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail First Class with a 1-5 day transit time. All orders are insured against loss or damage in transit.

International Orders:
Non-domestic orders are shipped using Royal Mail First Class International, and are tracked. Once they are shipped I will update your tracking number via my BigCartel site, and you will receive an email.

    Once the package has left the UK the carrier and transit times will vary by country. Please note that international shipments are still experiencing customs related delays due to Brexit, and could take more than a month to arrive.

    Recent changes to import/export laws from the UK mean that you may be charged customs fees on receipt of some packages. If you think your parcel might be lost, please use the tracking number to trace it. It is often that parcels are stuck at the local sorting office for your area because they now require a customs payment to release them. If you have any problems with receiving your package please let me know, I will do my best to help you locate it.

    If you do not receive your package within 40 days of shipment, please email me at elrosetattooshop@gmail.com and I will arrange a replacement or refund for you.

    Since transit times vary widely by country, I'm unable to provide estimated shipping times for destinations outside of the UK.

  • All prints and originals are packed and shipped in a sturdy mailing tube. Please reuse and recycle where possible.

  • If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please let me know as soon as possible and I will be happy to offer you a replacement or refund.

  • If you think your package has been lost in transit and cannot track it using the reference number, please contact me at elrosetattooshop@gmail.com so I can check the tracking status, and replace the order if necessary.

  • I ship worldwide. Since transit times vary widely by country, I'm unable to provide estimated shipping times for destinations outside of the UK.
